A Grateful Update
Hello everyone! The A Harmonic Remedy blog has been a bit silent for the past few months, but I am happy to announce that AHR has been thriving and new projects are underway (more on that soon)! As Thanksgiving rapidly approaches, I would like to take a moment to share some of the things I am thankful for.
As many are aware, A Harmonic Remedy has experienced numerous shifts over the past few months. Many of our beloved members graduated and are now pursuing their passions in college. However, the addition of new members who are devoted to the community as well as the continued support of existing members have made the transition much easier.
Furthermore, many of our members are juniors and seniors in high school. As college application deadlines approach and standardized testing looms in the future, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for contributing their time and greatest efforts to A Harmonic Remedy. I hope the work that we do brings light and joy to all of our member's lives, and I am sure that the elderly appreciate our hard work as well.
Finally, A Harmonic Remedy has been branching beyond performances in elderly homes and integrating more into the community. The performances will continue as they are a great way to connect elderly homes with the outside world. Despite not knowing each resident personally, we (the members) have heard countless stories and pieces of advice that we will carry with us in the years to come. That being said, however, many of the seniors in our own lives face the same loneliness that AHR combats. I have been collaborating with many individuals in the community to launch a new project that will be revealed on Sunday. Please look forward to it! Thank you to everyone that has contributed to A Harmonic Remedy's growth. We are truly grateful and looking forward to seeing each performer, community member, and senior home resident again in the near future.
